My name is Kyle, I'm from the Houston area and have owned a smoker since the eighties. My current smoker (and at this point my favorite) is a Traeger 07E "Lil Tex Elite" pellet grill. Fairly new and still learning the Traeger but having fun doing it.
Glad I found this forum, what a great resource. I'm always looking for new ideas and recipes.
