Been lurking around these forums for awhile, figured its time for my first post.
Just purchased the New Gen. MES 40 and an Amazen pellet smoker with a bag each of cherry, hickory, and Pitmasters blend pellets.Should be receiving both next week.
By the way the Masterbuilt smokers are on sale at Cabelas right now, $269.99 for the 30 and $369.99 for the 40, if anybodys looking for one.
Looking forward to trying out some of the smoking techniques found on this forum.
