Made some Summer Sausage, Polish kielbasa sausage and Bratwurst sausage yesterday. Here a link to the thread on them.

Going to smoke some brats and make some pork shots with the Kielbasa.
bacon in brown sugar
Homemade kielbasa cut for the bottom of the shots
Wrap bacon around the kielbasa and tooth pick to hold bacon in place. Then fill it will
brown sugar.
Put them on a tray to sit on in the smoker.
In my UDS
Pork shots on the top grate and brats on the 2nd grate. Going to smoke them around 250 degrees.
Adding Sauerkraut to my brats
Will post pictures when its all done.
