This makes a big portion.  This stuff can be used for smoked chicken, pulled pork, chicken fingers, fries, onion rings an old boot.. ect ect ect

2 cups mayo

3/4 cup water

1/3 cup white vinegar

4 tsp white sugar

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp worcestershire

1 tsp fresh ground pepper

1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon

1/2 tsp habenaro sauce (optional)

1/2 tsp kosher salt

Mix everything together besides the water.  After mixing slowy add water 1/4 cup at a time to keep from getting lumpy.. refridgerate over nite for best results.. Enjoy

A few people make this sauce around here, each different... This is a recipe I made up and have used with great results for some time now

This is similar to my Coleslaw Dressing, just needs some Celery Salt...I like Coleslaw on Pulled Pork so I can see how White BBQ Sauce would be tasty!...JJ
