Just had to post this because it was so good. I bought a couple of bone-in Rib Eye steaks about 1.25-1.5" thick (5+ lbs total). I put them in my electric smoker at 225F for about 30 minutes. I used mesquite chips. In the mean time I got some charwood rip roaring on the grill. The fire was quite hot. Grilled on each side 4-5 minutes until temp was 125-130F. Let sit for 10 minutes and let me tell you that was some kind of good! Just a great way to BBQ a thick steak...

This is what is known as a "reverse sear" I do it all the time and it is the only way i will cook a steak anymore!!
