Need to mod my Brinkmann SNP

Hi all,

I am new to this forum...and to smoking generally; however, I have read a number of different posts that suggest modifying my Brinkmann SNP so that it will smoke more effectively. 

Can y'all provide me advice as to how i should mod my Brinkmann SNP that are not terribly expensive?
