I have just added 3 vents to the bottom of my ECB and another to the lid. I used Weber vent covers that use a 1/4 inch screw to attach them
Wondering what would be my best bet for nut/washers etc to keep these snug but still allow them to turn easily?
Thanks

Try a quarter inch stainless bolt, with two stainless flat washers, and two quarter inch stainless nuts jammed against each other. Just tighten the first (inner) nut down until the tension is right for the vent to turn properly, then spin the second nut down to the first one and using 2 wrenches tighten the 2 nuts against each other.
