Hello fellow smokers. I'm just getting started on smoking myself, I have helped my dad over the years but this is really my first foray into doing it on my own. I have http://www.chargriller.com/index.ph...&category_id=1&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=2 an I plan on getting the side firebox for it so I can do some better smoking. I have smoked on the grill alone and while the meat came out good I didn't have the room I wanted to smoke the meat because I only had half the grill. I am from Tulsa OK and can't wait for all the helpfull tips you guys seem to offer and hopefully add some of my own.
