Location - I'm in Chicago

Smoking Experience  =0%

Enthuisiasm for smoked food! =100%

Just ordered my first smoker and thanks to all that posted their reviews as this helped a lot with my initial smoker purchased.

 to SMF!!! We're happy you found us! Great choice on that smoker, though I'm a propane guy I read a lot of great stuff about the MES"s, now all you need is an AMNPS! Since you are new to this I suggest that you take Jeff's Free 5 day E-course, it will teach you all the basics and a whole lot more: http://www.smoking-meat.com/smoking-basics-ecourse.html
