Southwest Oregon
Hello fro SW Oregon. Yup, raining again. I use a Brinkman Pitmaster that was at the station and nobody used or wanted. That was about a year ago. I've done Canadian bacon, tri tip, ham, brisket, ribs, pork roast, whole and split chickens, turkey, bacon, and sausage loaves. Took a little getting used to, some modification (more needed) and lots of practice with differing weather conditions. Lots of fun. Looking to learn here.

Have a tarp over the smoking area when it rains. Temporary wind block walls. Smoked chicken at 22* this winter. (just to prove to my wife I could do it)
