Howdy y'all
New to forum but been BBQ ing and smoking for long time. Have a Masterbuilt smoker and Weber Genesis pit. Like cooking Mexican and Cajun.

Thanks guys.  Updated profile, to bad on user name, been using drill4hire for 30 years but the combination of fat fingers and small Ipad keyboard came up with this version, but it works so what the hell.
