Pulled pork from the smoker

Hey guys & ladys,

 

     was wondering if anyone had any good tips and recipes for pulled pork in my smoker. It just doesn't seem it would be juicy and fall off the bone like it does in a slow cooker. Any helpers?

Take it to 205 IT and it will pull apart real easy . The bone will just slide out.
