Had to run to the store to get some japs, spares, and some thighs for a smoke tomorrow.  While I was there I decided that since the smoker would be running today, to smoke the japs for my home made bbq sauce, I might as well smoke something for dinner tonight. So I decided on spaghetti with cheese stuffed smoked meatballs.  These things are to die for, or from, lol

I decided to go with alfredo with fresh CBP.  I'll never make a plain old meatball again.

Great looking meatballs - We love the cheese stuffed ones for meatball sandwiches

Looks awesome!

I thank you as well.  Those pics just made Mrs. Scooper want smoked meat balls.  Scratch another thing off of the, "does everything always have to be smoked?"  I get from her when I come up with something new.

scooper,  They all think you dont have to have everything smoked, till they have it smoked, then they ask, Why dont you smoke it?

elohel, I used chunks of mozz and chunks of pepper jack.  My wife and I like the pepper jack better than the mozz.

3 lb. gorund beef

handful of bread crumbs

couple good splashes of worchestershire

few good sprinkles of :

onion powder

garlic powder

black pepper

3 eggs

mix up good.  make a little patty about 3 inches in diameter.  put a chunk of cheese in the middle.  make into a ball.  SMOKE EM.
