England, small village called Sompting 55miles fro

Hi everyone i'm Andy and my is wife Tracy, we have ordered our first smoker a ProQ excel, i believe this range is called Apollo in the the USA.

We live in a small village called Sompting which is near Brighton approx 55 miles from London on the south coast. We have been watching so many programmes on tv over the past months about the USA which we love, we particularly enjoy the programmes around food and smoking.

We have been looking around for sources of help and inspiriation and are so glad we found this forum,and hope you dont mind us beginners pinching all your tips and advice.
