did some thighs the other night . brined for 4 hrs smoked in MES for 2 hrs at 275 with AMNPS burning apple
put on grill for 10 min to crisp up skin.....thanks for looking

My sentiments exactly. Legs, wings and thighs have all the flavor the rest of the bird makes good stock
