my bird 2011

well here are a few pics from my thanksgiving day bird, did a 36 hr brine, and injection of slaughterhouse, rubbed down  with

EVOO, S&P, garlic powder and Cajun seasoning smoked with a combo of oak and cherry

Yet another fine looking turkey. It's like having thanksgiving all over again.

 

So how did it taste?? Got any carved pics???
