hello my name is bryan and im just starting smoking had have smoked fish and made jerky but now im looking for more like trying lox and the biger cuts i have a brinkman charcoal smoker but im looking at plane to build a cold smokers set up> im really looking to start making alot of my onw stuff and not taking it to a butcher as im a hunter and fisher

so i have a question

i see that most of the people use abbreviations is there a key some where?

Welcome to the forums Bryan... the handy dandy search tool up top will be your best freind.. just type in Acronyms and you'll find all the abbreviations you'll want...

Welcome, nice to see another NorCal member.  Like you all the abbreviations stumped me when I joined but follow the links in the earlier posts for the acronyms list, it makes reading the forum posts MUCH easier.
