Shooter this may be one of those dumb ones ?  using a kit with cure on snack stick, I want to cold smoke em how long after you stuff em before you put em in the smoker and for how long. Or any can please give your advise...Thanks men, and as we say... "UP IN SMOKE"

I like to apply a couple hours of cold smoke to summer sausage and snack sticks before starting to raise the temps.

when you say bring it up to temp, on venison about 145 as far as final temp.
