My New Mini WSM

You guys are all right, these Mini Wsm's are great.  I can hold temps anywhere from 225-275 all be adjusting the vent.  Put 3/4 of a unlit chimney with 20 lit briquets  and its been going for almost 9 hours and still going strong. Tomorrow Ill be doing sausage and some ribs in there.  I'll post some more pics then.

last check for tonight. Looks like with the amount of charcoal I added I can only get about 11 hours before the temps dropped to 200

I haven't seen this, I'm assuming ring type insert, where did you get that or did you fabricate it??
