I hit Safeway and they had a "BOGO" buy one get one sale,.....pork shoulder $1.99....= $1 / pound........Smoked #16 and another 48# in the freezer....I may not be too bright but...$1 pound for whole, cry vac pork shoulder.........I think I did good.....the new vac bags will get a workout too.....

Readying for pulled pork sammies this weekend.....My buddies are coming to remove the old roof, fireplace chimney and skylight....Gonna have a new roof put on next week...
Pellets with Hickory and Mesquite chips added....the pellets are a little light on flavor..........

After 12 hours in the oven at 200* F.......By the looks of the bone....I think it will be edible........and all the juice is captured.......??what to do with the Au Jus........
Flash was kind enough to ship me some Badia Mojo marinade sauce some time back......This is the 2nd batch of chicken we've done using the marinade....
Great citrus/spice mix that provides a subtle "sub" flavor to the bird.
