Started with some 80-20, added some dried Italian seasoning,S&P,onion powder,garlic powder, worsty, and water.
Rolled into 1" balls and smoked at 250º with lump and pecan.
Pulled at 155º IT
They have a great smokey beef flavor...................Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Sauteed some mushrooms, onions, minced garlic, and bell peppers.
Gotta have some sauce,(store bought)

Threw in some shredded cheddar and topped with some goodies
