Just found this site this past weekend and can't get enough of it. I'm 58 yo, I have a side burner for a smoker , and a propane and grill combo. I'm into making sausage, smoking butts , ribs, briskets, and tenderloins. Thanks in advance for all the great info I'll get from y'all. I live Northeast of Dallas Tx close to the Okla. border.
