But momma wants spares so I am going to make momma happy.  I also need a couple trial runs before labor day.  It is so hot here in Texas I bet I can cook for 5 hours using 10 Kingsford briquettes.  As my usual agreement with bear there will be pictures to come.  I hope I don't drop dead heat index here in Houston is about 110 my back porch thermo says 106 so I only have to get my pit another 120 degrees to cook these babies.

That's some fine looking Ribs....The Spare Parts is my favorite, well me and the Dog. What ever I can't get off, she makes quick work of!...JJ
