Beef Short Ribs...

Found some good looking, meaty beef short ribs at the store yesterday. After my last collosal fail on beef ribs (those were cut across the bones to about 1/4 inch think) I wanted to try them again.

Everything I read says this is brisket on a stick so I rubbed them down with Bovine Bold and tossed them on the Egg at about 230*

Love me some beef short ribs or any beef ribs for that matter. Hope they come out good. Mine will be going in the mojo crillio soon.

OK folks... It's Sunday and I threw on some beef ribs on the Egg.




Rubbed down with some Bovine Bold and on the Egg... A couple of hours in...



Let them go about 6-7 hours.. sauced them with some Bone Sucking Sauce...


My cousins Steve and Darlene went crabbing yesterday and brought home a few of these guys....


My plate... (I don't eat seabugs... )
