on the 4th we decided to have a spur of the moment bbq and there was a pack of pork tenderloin in the freezer so decided stuffed tenderloin can't go wrong
made a little stuffing of green pepper, pork sausage, and bacon
fried all of that up took one of the tenderloins fileted it and packed it full of stuffing
then wrapped all of that in bacon
pork stuffed pork wrapped in pork doesn't get much better than that
with the other loin i decided to just do a straight bacon wrapped loin
after about 1-1/2 hrs in the smoke at about 240
very easy extremely juicy oooooooooooh weeeeeeeeeeeee was that some good Q.
I forgot to get a pic with all the ABT's ant hot dogs and other stuff on the uds it was a beautiful site
