My name is Joseph from Houston Tx. Im 33. I love creating things. (I have 4 kids) Worked in industrial services for 12 years. Layed off and said the hell with it let me try fab full time. I also have a mobile motorcycle detail service. I install LEDs on motorcycles and vehicles as well. My skill level on a 1-10 scale (10 being the best) I would say im at a 5. I dont draw plans or go off skematics. I just build what I feel. Im a Miller fan. My arsenal includes: Miller Bobcat 225, Miller Extreme Suitcase 12v mig, Miller 140 mig, Miller Spectrum 625, Miller Thunderbolt XL 225/150 AC/DC. My goal is to get a CNC plasma cutting table.  See Yall Around!   mY GOAL IS TO GET A cnc  MMM

Welcome to SMF. There are a lot of very friendly & knowledgeable folks here to help you. I urge you to sign up for the free E-course. It will give you the basics, & even if you are an experienced smoker you may learn something new. Then start asking questions. Good luck & glad to have you aboard. A good choice for a remote dual probe thermometer is the Maverick ET-732
