Hey everyone, I haven't been on this site for a while so I thought I would post and introduce myself. I used to post on here a while back and all my stuff was lost. I have been lurking around and have caught the bug again. I just purchased a  Bradley Digital smoker an I love it. I have only used it twice due to time restraints but my first run with it I did 5 racks of baby backs. They turned out amazing. A couple hours later I threw a 8lb pork butt and that turned out great as well. I plan on doing jerky next. Well I look forward to meeting ll of you and learning as much as possible.

Welcome to the SMF. Glad to have you here. Lots of good folks, great recipes and knowledge. Looking forward to your first qview.

Welcome to SMF. There are a lot of very friendly & knowledgeable folks here to help you. I urge you to sign up for the free E-course. It will give you the basics, & even if you are an experienced smoker you may learn something new. Then start asking questions. Good luck & glad to have you aboard. Don't forget we all love Qview!

Welcome back Barron!

What name did you go by before (Barron?).

Could you put MN in your bio, so we know where you are when you ask questions?

Glad to have you back!
