THANK YOU Ma'am, It's been a labor of love and sometimes not so much love. LOL!!! The wife thought I was Crazy watching me through the window as I layed
the Brick in the snow, hehehe,But I wanted her done for spring. If Y'all ever get down this way give us a Holler,You know your part of the country is Not Shabby either. I spent some time there Many years ago, I loved the visit but The winters are just to cold for my taste, Due to my love of American History I'd like to Visit again and this time share it with the wife

Thanks Moose!! As you can see it was fun. The wife and I tasted some of the cheese I smoked last Sunday.
It was great with The Beer and she said it went great with her wine. I did learn that I won't need to Smoke it as long as I did. I was just testing the smoker and trying to cure it at the sametime. Thats why we're here anyway isn't it? LOL!! Welcome to the site,It's good to start out with another Newbie. Again Thanks and I'll see ya around the site.

How long did it take you to build that thing Sarge?  I saw you did it over the winter but was wondering actual build time.  I like the idea of old style smoking like that.  I may have to do some research icon_wink.gif

That's a great looking smoker Sarge, I really like the idea of building it like an old smokehouse. Excellent job!
