Do you make your Moinks up ahead of time & refrigerate, or just put them togeather & put straight into the smoker. I will be making them from scratch with some italian sausage, 80/20 ground beef, pepperjack cheese centers, & bacon wrap.
I go with what ever time allows for. If I can make them frest then I do but if there is something going on where I have to make them ahead of time well thats just fine to.
