    Hello all, I really like the hint of lime you taste in Famous Dave's roasted chicken, does anyone have any idea what type of injection they use? Just straight lime juice maybe? Thanks all!!

    Hello all, I was surprised with an Original Bradley 4 rack smoker for Christmas. I have yet to unpack it as it is -40c here :(  I am 35 yrs old and Can't wait to start smoking!! I didn't realize the amount of knowledge one can pick up on these forums, learning more everyday!!
