    Thanks guys! Just found prime rib roast on sale at a local store for Christmas. Bought a 9 lb roast and am going to smoke it for Christmas! Trying another set of ribs today just to make sure I have temperatures right before doing the prime rib roast. Thanks again for the welcome!
