    Turkey done 4 hours early.. How to keep it moist

    I cut my 23 pounder in half.  Put it on at 5:30 @ 250 degrees.  Ran a 5k and came home.  It was already done. I pulled it out put it in a foil pan, sprayed it with apple juice, and wrapped it in foil.  Got the smoker down to about 130-140.  Will it be OK for  about 2 more hours?  If I keep it...

    I have been reading the forum for about two years now.  just getting around to contributing. I have been smoking for a little over two years now.  Well this will be my 3rd year doing a turkey so maybe longer... I live in a suburb just south of St. Louis. I use a propane GOSM 4 shelve smoker...
