    Puddle Maker not Marker...ugh

    As I write this we just finished some smoked shrimp, chicken lollipops, injected smoked wings and a lamb led roast in the smoker now!:) internal temperatures of 160. I got the smoking bug at about 13 when I got in the smoker about 5lbs of rainbow trout and I was hooked!! I need a 12 step program...
