    I also added a bigger water pan A's smoke stack out the top as well as a"skirt" around the bottom to keep wind from blowing the flame out. Let's see a picture of that beauty!!

    Hello smoking family I have a question..I work at George Dickel Distillery. We use aged hard sugar maple to make our charcoal. How would this be to chip or do small chunks for smoking ? Thanks :grilling_smilie:
