Well got it done, I soaked them in my marinade then rinsed them and wrapped half of them in bacon and did the other half in an olive oil and special rub. Another new guy
Thanks for allowing me to join this site. I am from a small mountain town in Colorado where I love to hunt and fish. My goal is to turn the game I harvest and fish I catch into delicious food everyone can enjoy. I don't own a smoker yet and am hoping to get guidance on here on my first purchase.
