    First tri-tip! I liked it and will do it again. On the smoker for about a hour at 250 and then 3 minutes a side on my grill as hot as it would get.

    This is a cart I made for my master built xl propane smoker. It was stuff I had in my shop. I put a few small braces in the inside corners to keep it square so the door fit good.
