    I used my smoker for the first time and when it came time to do some cleaning I noticed some little rust. It was mostly on drip tray which was covered with foil... My question is...is this normal if not what should I do?? Thanks Much

    New to smoking!!!!

    I take it a Boston but whether injection or not needs to be put in fridge to keep it cool. How long can this be done and where can I get bags big enough for a 5 to 8lb. Boston but?? Thanks for any help....

    This may be a dumb question but is it safe to eat pulled pork at any temp. after it has been smoked to an temp.of 200 and has rested??? worried about the danger zone temp? TYVM

    Traeger Smokers!!!

    Hi All Smokers...I just bought a traeger and wonder if anyone here has a traeger? I read an article about pellets burning back through auger into pellet hopper!!! Has any one have this problem???  TYVM Tom

    hellp!!!!

    I never smoked before now. do I put meat probe in right away when meat is at room temp? or later? On any meat, when do I start putting sauce on, plan on injecting apple juice with some vinegar mix in on a Boston butt . any help would be appreciated. Ty all vm

    Hi all, my name is Tom and 61 years young. This is my first time here. I live just outside Springfield MASS. I just bought a new traeger smoker and never smoked before. Any help would really help. I plan on doing pulled pork, ribs, brisket, fish, and veges. It's nice to meet u all and TUVM..
