    Smoke Hollow Smoker Burner Replacement?

    I have a Smoke Hollow 38" vetical smoker (Model 38202G) . For years I had trouble keeping a stable temperature (usually too hot) but now it's suddenly too cool (like around 200F). I was thinking of replacing the burner with a Bayou Classic SQ14 16-in Outdoor Patio Stove. Thoughts? .

    Retired Army SF guy in Fayetteville NC (home of Fatbacks, as seen on BBQ Pitmasters!). Been smoking (or trying to) with a cheap Brinkmann propane smoker and a Maverick ET-733 dual thermometer.  Got tired of the useless always-too-hot and wildly-temperature-fluctuating Brinkmann and am waiting...
