    The only thing I stuffed it with were the apples and onions for aromatics ONLY! After the bird was done, I discarded said apples and onions. I wouldn't stuff a smoked bird with anything I planned to eat. EVER.

    Thanks guys. Ended up NOT wrapping and just smoking until about 140 and then finishing in the smoker until done. They were as fantastic as they look. Thanks guys!
