    Great article/post, I just purchased a MB propane smoker, and I am having a heck of a time regulating the temp. I feel like I am constinitly chasing the dragon. Stays at high 240's then when I move the dial a smidgen it can go all the way down to 210?, when I move it back it shoots up high...
