Nothing wrong with bulk just pull it out a few days ahead of time and let it slow thaw in your fridge. I have a few racks of ribs and two butts in the freezer right now.

Alright guys I know it's taken a while but I just ordered my home brew kit ( beginner kit from booths in Tampa I believe it's an all grain kit) and I order a packet of wine yeast also. I looked up Kats mead post but since she is no longer a member I wasn't able to hear about the final results...
Well I got off work yesterday and ran to the butchers and grabbed a 10 pound butt to test out my new Maverick ET-733 with. Loaded the grill up last night and decided to see how well I would sleep. So far almost 10 hours later I still haven't gone out and checked the meat thanks to this awesome...
