    Nothing wrong with bulk just pull it out a few days ahead of time and let it slow thaw in your fridge. I have a few racks of ribs and two butts in the freezer right now.

    Nope store bought honey here. I'm going to be using honey I actually pulled from the hives myself ( father in law makes owns an apiary)

    Well I got off work yesterday and ran to the butchers and grabbed a 10 pound butt to test out my new Maverick ET-733 with. Loaded the grill up last night and decided to see how well I would sleep. So far almost 10 hours later I still haven't gone out and checked the meat thanks to this awesome...
