    Another new guy

    hello from the central coast of Cali. I have been smoking jerky, salmon,ducks and chuckar with a little chief and just moved up to a MEC 30" did a pork butt yesterday came out a little mushy and some salmon today that needed more smoke . Guess there is a learning curve with a new smoker
