    Cornish game hens tonight..crispy skins on mes.

    Been smokin for a couple years on my MES 30".  Have had the most success with salmon (kids eat it up fast as I can smoke it).  As most MES users can attest to I have had trouble getting adequate smoke at low temps.  I have an a-mazen smoker on order that I can't wait to break in.  Looks...
