My wife is Korean, so we infuse a lot of that. BBQ pork sticky buns, sesame crusted BBQ pancakes( not the breakfast kind), etc. pretty bad ass. This seems to be a pretty fantastic group. Thanks everyone for the welcome.

I will certainly say that I absolutely love west coast Canada. One of my favorite places on earth. But the BBQ is clearly a different style. I like to cook BBQ and do things a little outside of the box too. I do the pig, but do a lot of Asian meets Southern.

I'm trying to figure out what size cooler I need to fit a whole hog that is no larger than 70lbs(live weight). Would it fit in a 120 Qt cooler? Or would I need a 150 Qt cooler?
