I had always heard that smoking TriTip was a no-no...glad I saw this....I can't wait to try it...Do you think apple wood would give a good smoke flavor...???....And if you are in Ogden, Utah...Don't go to WINCO for TriTips...they don't seem to know how to trim them...but they do carry good...
