    Just started smoking meats, pork mostly. I have a brinkman bullet (R2D2). First smoke of baby backs were absolutely delightful! I'm gonna try some butt and ribs at the same time in the morn, any advice? Same time, or ribs a few hours into it? The dinner bell is ringing around 7pm.
