    Just some scrambled eggs with Cheese and pickled jalapenos.  Pound of sausage in a gallon zip bag to flatten it out, cut the sides to open it up. Fill with egg mixture and use the bag to roll the sausage around it. Lay out bacon and repeat. Smoked at 225 with apple and hickory for about 2 hours...

    The only thing I would change is spending the extra $50 for the steel cabinet. Had to re-enforce some of the hinges because the particle board was too week.

    During the long cold winter I came up with a plan to get my MES off the ground and have a work surface handy. Had some counter-top from my kitchen remodel project to use and I bought a cabinet from Menard's.  Cut the counter-top to fit the cabinet and cut the back splash off for the piece...
