    hi kevin here.. ive got the hollow #3 so far like it.. have done pork shoulder came out great... havent had problems yet... but notice wind does bother it.. im in oklahoma and always windy.. do mounted mine to small table with wheels so can move around according to the wind... as far as fuel...

    high im kevin from clinton, oklahoma.. my wife just bought me a electric smoker for christmas.. its a masterbuilt cookmaster .. im good with gas grill but never used electric before... if you can give me advice ill be thankful for any help.. thanks kevin
