    Hi All- I have had great success in the past smoking a standing rib roast (8.5#), but with my wife's family joining us for Christmas Eve, I am going to try tackling two 9# roasts (18# total) in my water smoker. Question being, do I need to adjust cooking time (or anything else for that matter)...
