I did. My first post was in the roll call as requested by my welcome email. I'll try the chicken next time separately and see how that works. I do feel that I need more seasoning. I only used Johnny's seasoning and garlic salt.
2 chickens, 1 slab of ribs, 1 huge ham, and a turkey breast. It took about 7 hours due to wind and rain, but I'm happy with the results. The chicken skin was a little like leather, but the meat was nice and juicy.
